These terms apply to your use of the Kuviq website (kuviq.io).
General
These terms apply to the website kuviq.io (the “site”). The site is operated by Indoor Active Oy (“we”). By using the site, you accept these terms.
These terms cover use of the website only. Use of the Kuviq inspection software is governed separately by a customer agreement; these terms do not constitute a service agreement and do not grant a right to use the service.
Site content
The site is intended to present and market the Kuviq service. We aim to keep the information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or complete. Features, prices and other information may change without separate notice.
The content of the site is not a binding offer. Binding information about the service’s content and price is confirmed separately in a quote or customer agreement.
Intellectual property
The content of the site — such as text, graphics, logos, images, video and code — is the property of Kuviq or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. “Kuviq” is our product name. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or distribute the content without our prior written permission, other than ordinary browsing of the site.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to evaluate the service and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- attempt to circumvent the site’s security or disrupt its operation
- scrape or harvest site content automatically to an unreasonable extent without permission
Links to third-party services
The site may contain links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of these external services.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the site are described in a separate privacy statement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on the site. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes concerning use of the site are resolved primarily through negotiation. Failing settlement, disputes are resolved by the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus). A consumer also has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta).
